The Patient Services Representative III-Floater (PSR III) represents the face of the company, interacting directly with patients for routine health services and critical diagnostic needs. This role is responsible for collecting high-quality blood specimens and preparing them for lab testing while following established procedures. The PSR III builds trust and confidence by explaining procedures and performing specimen collection safely and accurately, while maintaining confidentiality and supporting process excellence.
