Photolithography Process Development Engineer – Micron R&D In this role, you will develop process modules for memory devices, drive photolithography and process integration, and provide technology transfers to Micron’s manufacturing network. You will address process issues on pilot line manufacturing and lead continuous improvement of manufacturability.
Responsibilities - Document procedures, transfer developed processes, and communicate results with senior management and manufacturing partners.
- Work with equipment vendors to improve design, test new equipment, and drive process improvements.
- Optimize cell yield, failure analysis, and device performance through process techniques.
- Prepare written reports and presentations outlining R&D project plans, progress, and results.
- Review literature for IP opportunities and file disclosures.
- Lead the photolithography process technology roadmap.
