Photolithography Process Development Engineer in Micron's R&D/Technology Development group. Responsible for process module development for memory devices and for additional photolithography and process integration activities. Works with Micron engineers, technology partners, vendors, and pilot line manufacturing to develop unit processes that meet device requirements for next-generation semiconductors, integrate processes into multifunctional teams, and provide technology transfers to Micron’s worldwide manufacturing network. Also addresses process issues, performs continuous improvements for manufacturability, and conducts advanced process development tasks such as material evaluations, reticle and layout and OPC development, process window analysis, and overlay optimization.
