Physical Security & Compliance Engineer
, where you will play a key role in ensuring the overall physical security and regulatory compliance of our site. In this role, you will not only oversee daily security operations, but also actively shape processes, manage outsourced security teams, and ensure that all activities meet both local legal requirements and internal company standards.
Responsibilities
Security & Compliance Management
Establish and continuously improve the site’s physical security system in accordance with Hungarian laws and internal company standards
Liaise with local authorities (police, fire department, labor inspectorate) and coordinate inspections and official reporting
Ensure and monitor compliance of all security-related operations with applicable regulations
Outsourced Security Team Management
Cooperate with external security service providers and manage service requirements
