Summary of Need:
To provide physical therapy services consistent with the established systematic approach for the delivery of comprehensive care, which are compliant with the regulatory standards in a juvenile correctional setting.

Facility Overview:
Industry Residential Center is located 16 miles south of Rochester, New York. There are secure and limited secure settings. The youth served at IRC are male, adjudicated, juvenile delinquents who are placed with OCFS by Family Court. Depending upon the sentence, youth may remain in OCFS custody until the age of 21. Industry Secure Center is accredited by the American Correctional Association and has a current population of approximately 44 youth. Free parking is available on-site.
