10-Month Position Commences September 2026 MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:


+ Physical Therapist to provide physical therapy to students in the elementary & middle school levels in a school setting.

+ Responsible for NYS Medicaid required paperwork.


Job Qualifications

REQUIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:


+ NYS licensed and currently registered as a Physical Therapist

+ Must have own transportation
