Duration: 13-week Contract (Possibilities of extension)
Pay rate: $60 - $70/hr. On W2 (Negotiable - Pay Rate is based on experience)
Schedule: Mon – Fri (5 days/wk.) from 8 AM to 4:30 PM (32 hrs. guaranteed)
On Call/ weekend Requirement: No
Mileage: Reimbursement provided (from first patient to last patient)
