Position: Physical Therapist (P-Physical Therapist)

Salary Range: $40-43 per hour

Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday-Friday, with potential weekend shifts

Location: 86-bed Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Physical Therapist to join our team at our 86-bed SNF. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a crucial role in helping our patients recover from injuries, illnesses, and surgeries. Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct initial evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans for patients based on their specific needs and goals

- Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques and modalities to help patients improve their physical abilities and reduce pain

- Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed
