**Requirements:**

+ Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program
+ Current Physical Therapist (PT) licensure in the applicable state (CA)
+ American Heart Association BLS for Health Care Providers
+ 2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist in a hospital setting
+ Additional certifications may be required.
