Traveling Physical Therapist Opportunity

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• At least 3 months of outpatient experience or 1 year of PT experience in other settings
• Completion of three HealthStream Modules pre-assignment

Assignment Details

• Shift hours: 8:00 AM - 6:30 PM
• Shift days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday
• Must be open to 2 evenings per week until 7:00 PM
• EMR: Raintree
