Assesses and plans treatment for direct patient care, oversees plan of care with PTA, responsible and accountable to know and understand all OZH policies, vision, mission, values and standards.

+ Drives his/her own vehicle regularly to perform the essential functions of the job

+ Current valid driver’s license

+ Vehicle liability insurance coverage

+ Clear or acceptable motor vehicle record

+ Initial MVR and annual MVR
