The PORT Health Services Outpatient Units primary purpose is to provide substance abuse, mental health and psychiatric services to individuals. Voluntary and involuntary persons are accepted. Services available to those in need include but are not limited to screening, assessment, intake, treatment, referral, psychiatric evaluation, group therapy, family intervention, community consultation, aftercare, and follow-up supports. Additionally, the facility provides a safe, supportive, therapeutic environment.Primary Purpose of Position:The primary purpose of the this position is to provide patients with services including screening, evaluation, diagnostic assessments, medication evaluations/prescription and management, assisting the treatment team with client treatment goals and person centered plans, treatment, after-care, and referral services.
