Worksite Setting : Outpatient Clinic Health Clinic
Licenses, Certifications, Requirements : Active NV license, NV CDS, BLS and DEA. Must have Primary Care and Occ Health experience. Epic experience a huge plus
EMR : EPIC
Pay Rate Preferred : $120-$130 per hour
