Paula Rivera

• Permanent Position
• Start Date: 30-45 Days
• Credentialing - 2-4 weeks
• Part Time:24 hours a week or Full Time: 40 hours a week
• Must be Board Certified
• Unrestricted NY License Required
• 12, 10, 8, 6 hour shifts available
• Patient Load - 2-3 patients per hr (1-2 new, 1 F/U. No Double Booking, No overbooking).
• Outpatient setting, NO CALL
• MAs and full office staff
• EMR: Epic
• Compensation; $500k base salary plus bonus
• Consultations, Reading EEG, No Pain Medication Management, No Psych Medication Management.
