Job Description

             Work Dates Needed: 6/01-9/30/2026 
 Preferred Schedule: M-F, hours 8-5pm or 9am-6pm 
 Worksite Setting: Outpatient - freestanding clinic 
 Scope of Work: Urgent Care, work related injuries, pre-employment physicals 
 Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: active, unrestricted WI license, Board Cert, DEA, BLS, DOT Cert required.
