Teach a full English College timetable of 22 out of 28 one hour periods.

Have the highest of expectations of students educationally, socially and morally.

Play an active role in the safeguarding of students referring any concerns to the DSL.

Plan engaging and creative lessons using data to meet the needs of all learners.

Use a range of assessment strategies in order to know where each learner is and plan future learning.

Provide outstanding support as a form tutor.

Support the core purpose of the school and contribute towards continuous school improvement.
