**Job Description**
This full-time Order Picker role is an integral part of a busy shipping team within a positive manufacturing environment. You operate a sit-down forklift to accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring products are organized and ready for on-time pickup. You work closely with team members to maintain quality standards, follow safety guidelines, and support continuous improvement across warehouse operations. All full-time employees in this role are eligible for bonus incentives.
**Responsibilities**
+ Pick, pack, and ship products according to daily customer orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
+ Follow established quality plans and meet all customer order specifications within required timeframes.
+ Keep products properly separated, organized, and in good rotation to maintain inventory integrity.
