The Job:
A Pig Farm Manager position overseeing the day to day operations of a 1,300 sow commercial pig unit within a modern and expanding production business. This is a hands on leadership role responsible for driving performance across herd management, staff supervision, animal welfare and overall farm productivity. The role requires full ownership of operational outcomes in a fast paced commercial environment.
