Job Title: Pillow PackerSchedule: Monday – Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Pay Rate: $14.00 per hourPosition Summary:
We are seeking dependable and hardworking individuals to join our team as Pillow Packers. This position is responsible for efficiently packing finished products while maintaining quality standards and following all plant procedures. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment and remain consistent throughout the shift.Key Responsibilities:

Check BOR (Bill of Requirements) for the correct box type for each order

Assemble boxes as needed

Close and tape boxes securely

Apply correct box labels

Place pillows into boxes according to order requirements

Tape boxes closed and prepare for shipment

Place completed boxes onto the conveyor system

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Follow all plant policies, safety rules, and job procedures
