Pizza Sous Chef
With the global growth of our brands, you will be an integral part of the Resort’s success, overseeing the entire pizza-making process, assisting the Chef de Cuisine in coordination and supervising the running of the assigned kitchen department, with the aim of maintaining our standards and achieving maximum guest satisfaction. You will work to increase sales, achieve budget food cost and stay within kitchen budget expenses. You will deputize in the absence of the Chef de Cuisine.
