BASE SALARY

CAD $51,383.00 - 79,261.00

The Plan Build Specialist reports to the Supervisor, Plan Build Services and is primarily responsible for set up including structure, plan design set up, plan changes and plan amendments for new and existing customers. This role supports all LOBs, including Insurance, Administration and Health, and provides a specialized service.

RESPONSIBILITIES (English)

• Participate in RFP reviews when required; review sale documents to gain understanding of what was sold; review and interpret previous carrier documents.
• Develop and map plan design on the Plan Design Template (includes details on benefit coverage, structure and billing requirements).
• Client Meeting facilitation – gather requirements, review documentation and obtain sign off.
• Enter client’s structure and plan design into the Administrative System.
