Job Description
**The Service Support Centre (SSC) Planner and Scheduler** is responsible for developing and monitoring work schedules, ensuring efficient and effective utilisation of program resources.
The Planner and Scheduler is also responsible for coordinating any required permits or access authorisations for required stakeholders to facilitate timely and safe access to systems and equipment.
**Responsibilities/Duties**
+ Plan work schedules and associated activities utilising the computerised maintenance management system (CMMS), ensuring data is maintained and consistent.
+ Monitor resource capacity to allow for regularly planned maintenance activities and reactive maintenance activities.
+ Prepare appropriate documentation in support of scheduled maintenance activities, including access to required systems and equipment.
+ Analyse data and metrics for potential efficiencies and process improvement opportunities.
