Be an integral member of the NPI (New Product Introduction) planning team in Guadalajara, responsible for delivering weekly production schedules that keep NPI timelines on track. You will align material availability, manpower and equipment capacity with BU expectations, proactively remove blockers, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to ensure on-time launches and sustained production performance.

You will join the Supply Chain organization, reporting to the Planner Supervisor. The role partners closely with Production Managers and Line Supervisors, Buyers, Warehouse & Shipping, CSR, Demand Planning, NPI Engineering and Quality, and Program Management to execute NPI launches and mass production transitions.
