Develop and manage master and construction schedules using MS Project and Primavera

Conduct critical path analysis and work closely with project, site, and engineering teams to ensure timely completion of key activities

Prepare baseline schedules with resource allocation and cost loading

Track project progress against the baseline and identify variances

Produce progress forecasts and rolling schedules

Coordinate with project teams on schedule updates, highlighting interfaces, conflicts, constraints, delays, and risks
