Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and update project schedules using Primavera P6 or equivalent planning software.
• Monitor project progress and prepare detailed reports including earned value analysis (EVA) S-curve and productivity metrics.
• Develop and manage baseline schedules recovery plans and revised programs as required.
• Review contractor schedules and monitor their compliance with the baseline.
• Interface with project managers, consultants and contractors to ensure coordination and alignment with project timelines.
• Identify schedule impacts due to variations, delays or other changes and provide mitigation strategies.
• Assist in preparing delay analysis reports and extension of time (EOT) claims.
• Conduct risk analysis and recommend corrective actions to maintain project schedule.
• Participate in progress meetings and present planning updates to stakeholders.
