What You'll Do

Pre-planning

• Creation of initial schedule based on available data from DPT (designs, CFAs)

• Benchmarking of durations vs actual productivities of other comparable Rockwell Projects)
• Provide detailed computation of assumed durations per scope of work based on benchmarking.
• Provide POC projections for the whole project life once detailed relative weights are available
• Generating a procurement plan based on the drawings release targets and schedule projections

Construction Phase

• Finalization of the baseline schedule and procurement schedule if there are changes to plans/drawings
• Adjustment of POC in relation to item (1)
• Monitoring of accomplishments/KPIs
• Tight guarding of critical activities' status/accomplishments
• Generate catch-up plans/schedules as needed
• Weekly reporting of POCs/KPIs for in-team repo...
