About this Position The Planning Inventory Performance Manager Adhesive EU defines and drives the European inventory strategy across 9 Sub-BUs, balancing service level and cost to serve. The role leads inventory excellence through governance, KPIs, and performance management in line with Global Supply Chain best practices, enabling data-driven decisions and continuous improvement across the Adhesive Operations Europe (AOE) organization.

What you’ll do

• Inventory Strategy & Performance: Own and implement end-to-end inventory strategy across AOE domains
• Inventory KPIs: Define, cascade and monitor inventory KPIs aligned with regional and global standards
• Performance analysis: Analyze performance trends and identify improvement opportunities
• Governance: Drive inventory governance through structured review cadence, dashboards, and reporting
