Planning Officer needed in Guildford

The rate is £23.70ph PAYE

The successful candidate will be a case officer over the summer months to help with householder applications and small minor development. The post would suit an individual who has experience of dealing with a high volume of householder and minor applications with various competing constraints including Green Belt, National Landscape, flooding and Listed Building and Conservation Areas. 

The successful candidate will need to demonstrate how they manage their caseload with a good turnover of applications on a weekly basis.
