We are working with a highly respected law firm in Essex who are recruiting for a Planning Solicitor or experienced Paralegal to be part of their collaborative and close-knit department. Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate infrastructure agreements including s106, s38, s272, and s104
• Provide practical, strategic advice on planning law matters
• Prepare and submit applications for certificates of lawfulness
• Represent clients in planning appeals and enforcement matters
• Handle statutory challenges (s288) and judicial reviews
• Act for both prosecuting and defending parties in enforcement cases
• Build strong client relationships and act in their best interests
