Job Description

The Plant Administrator is responsible for supporting site operations through the effective management of administrative processes, production data, purchase ordering, preparation of human resource and payroll data, and reporting activities.

The role ensures accurate data flow, efficient coordination of resources, and timely communication across the plant, enabling operational teams to function effectively.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:


Production & Inventory

  • Maintain accurate production and inventory records within SAP

  • Input daily production data and support performance reporting

  • Raise purchase orders for raw materials and coordinate deliveries

  • Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely and accurate supply

  • Input stock take data and generate associated reports

  • Manage and order site consumables and stationery
