Jital Solutions is hiring a Plant Automation Engineer / Manager to drive automation and smart manufacturing initiatives across industrial plants. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in PLC, SCADA, IIoT, industrial automation, and digital manufacturing systems with hands-on experience in improving plant efficiency through Industry 4.0 solutions.

This role involves implementing automation systems, enabling machine connectivity, reducing downtime, and supporting smart factory transformation projects.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Design and implement industrial automation solutions for manufacturing plants

✅ Work on Industry 4.0, IIoT, SCADA, and smart factory digitalization projects

✅ Program and troubleshoot PLC systems (Siemens, ABB, Mitsubishi, Allen Bradley, etc.)

✅ Develop and maintain SCADA systems and automation dashboards

✅ Handle VFDs, sensors, transmitters, and industrial instrumentation
