Role Summary:

Responsible for overseeing plant financial operations, cost management, and performance analysis to support business decisions and improve profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage plant budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Monitor and control manufacturing costs (materials, labor, overhead).
• Conduct variance analysis and provide insights to management.
• Partner with operations to improve cost efficiency and productivity.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies and internal controls.
• Support month-end closing and reporting activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance / Accounting (CA/CMA preferred).
