Plant Manager – Biomethane Plant

Location: Villaluenga, Spain

We are seeking an experienced Plant Manager to lead the operations of a biomethane facility processing 150,000 tonnes per year.

Reporting to the Operations Director – Spain, the successful candidate will be responsible for the overall operational, financial, safety, and performance management of the plant, ensuring efficient, safe, and compliant operations while driving continuous improvement and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operation of the biomethane plant, ensuring optimal production performance and regulatory compliance.

• Manage the plant's P&L, budgets, cost control, forecasting, and operational performance.

• Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
