The Plant Manager III, Material Recovery Facility (MRF) ensures the highest standards of environmental safety and operational excellence by effectively managing the day‑to‑day operations of the assigned MRF and maintaining cost management within the MRF.

The successful candidate is a visible, hands‑on leader who thrives under pressure, makes sound real‑time decisions, and drives a strong culture of accountability, employee engagement, and continuous improvement.

• Ensures smooth operation of the site, including gatehouse, sorting, loading.
• Ensures system is performing at highest level.
• Minimizes handling and operational costs.
