Ndalamo Resources (Pty) Ltd , through its subsidiary North Block Complex (Pty) Ltd (NBC) , is seeking an experienced Plant Manager to lead operations at its opencast coal mine in Belfast, Mpumalanga, South Africa . This is an exciting leadership opportunity for a results-driven professional to contribute to one of South Africa’s key coal producers.
As the Plant Manager , you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of plant production, logistics, and stockpile management. You will ensure the safe, efficient, and compliant operation of the processing plant while driving continuous improvement initiatives to optimize performance and cost efficiency. Your role will require close collaboration with cross-functional teams, contractors, and stakeholders to maintain high standards of safety, quality, and sustainability.
