We are looking for a Plant MRO Buyer.
Responsibilities The plant MRO buyer should develop suppliers, execute savings projects, ensure an adequate supplier is assigned to each purchased item, and support expediting processes to assure indirect material is supplied on time and meets delivery dates, minimizing the risk of an inventory stock‑out or revenue impact.
- Place POs for indirect material or services.
- Provide support to other plant areas – manufacturing, maintenance, logistics, engineering, quality, etc.
- Monitor vendor performance and support purchasing to provide feedback and corrective actions that improve vendor development.
- Ensure delivery, pricing, and invoicing issues are promptly communicated to the vendor and resolved timely to avoid material shortages.
- Implement material‑related projects.
