Job Summary
We are in the final stage of construction of our plant protein extraction facility in Pasir Gudang, Johor, targeting production commencement by end of 2026. We are seeking a senior and hands-on Plant Operations Director to lead overall factory operations, commissioning, operational readiness, engineering, production, QA/QC, and plant stabilization during start-up and operational phases. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring smooth transition from project completion into stable commercial operations while driving operational excellence, safety, quality, and production performance.
