To ensure the end product's quality meets the customer’s specifications, by monitoring and controlling the different production process stages.
GENERAL FUNCTIONS
With production, define; support and follow-up on indirect labor work in quality tasks, regardless its functional dependency. Analyze quality data (ex. scrap, re-work, product and process capacities, etc.) and create the necessary synergies to work on continuously improving results. Communicate problems that arose in production processes at Plant Quality Meetings, and propose action plans to fix them. Verify the effectiveness of the actions defined to solve quality problems. Supervise the work of Inspectors in charge of finished goods with final audit, and track and manage their results. Analyze measurement needs according to production process needs.
