Job Description
Key Responsibilities: - Ensure all safety protocols are followed, including proper use of equipment, handling of hazardous materials, and adherence to safety regulations
- Directly supervise plant operators and technicians, providing guidance, training, and support as needed to ensure smooth operations
- Monitor production processes to ensure optimal efficiency and output, identifying and addressing any issues or bottlenecks that may arise
- Oversee quality control procedures to ensure that the coal meets specified standards, conducting regular inspections and implementing corrective actions as necessary
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to schedule and oversee routine maintenance and repairs of plant equipment to minimize downtime and maximize reliability
