About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and highly competent Plant Superintendent with a strong background in chrome processing operations . The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing day‑to‑day plant activities, ensuring optimal production performance, operational stability, safety compliance, and continuous improvement across all processing circuits.

This leadership role requires extensive knowledge of crushing, screening, milling, spiral concentration, WHIMS, flotation, and final product handling within a chrome beneficiation environment.
