Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Operate the process according to the respective operations manual & GMP to ensure production targets are achieved safely.Carry out process sampling.Monitor process condition.Record all operating conditions and process quality.Correct minor process deviations.Inform supervisor of any abnormality in operating conditions.Perform preventive maintenance as per schedule.Operate equipment/process according to authorised procedures.Maintain good housekeeping and 5S in the work area.Ensure proper handling and taking over of duties during shift changeover.Process all non-GMO oil in accordance with authorised procedures.Comply with all risk control measures and adhere to safe work procedures according to WSH (Risk Management) requirements while performing assigned work duties.To perform any ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior.
