The PWM Analytics roles within Baird’s Private Wealth Management (PWM) Wealth Solutions Group (WSG) have a mission to support PWM’s growth strategy through effective use of action-oriented data and analytics. We provide the PWM business – both home office associates and the branch network - with trusted, accessible, and relevant information to support the business, encourage better wealth management outcomes for clients, and drive sustainable growth.

The role will lead the creation of scalable analytics solutions for PWM’s Technology stack, influencing strategic technology decisions and serving as the connective tissue between data, technology, and business decision-making.
