We are looking for a Platform Engineer – Microsoft 365 to join our global IT team in Kuala Lumpur. You will be responsible for building and operating a secure, scalable, and highly available M365 collaboration platform supporting users worldwide.

Provide advanced (3rd line) operational support for Microsoft 365 collaboration platforms (Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive), including handling complex incidents and escalations.
Actively participate in M365-related projects, including onboarding of new capabilities, integrations, migrations, and continuous platform improvements.
Ensure security, compliance, and operational stability of collaboration services in line with enterprise standards and best practices.
