A. Enterprise Case Management & Workflow Engineering

• Architectural Leadership: Lead the end-to-end design and implementation of modular Enterprise Case Management and Workflow systems.
• Strategic Automation: Design complex, cross‑functional workflow logic that automates high‑volume banking processes while maintaining auditability. Develop self‑service platforms that reduce UX friction and improve customer deflection through automated and AI‑driven resolution paths.
