As a Platform Lead you will have the opportunity to:

• Safeguard the endpoint platform stability, security, and performance to ensure seamless operations.
• Contribute to both global and local endpoint platform projects by evaluating new requirements and technical solutions.
• Oversee daily operations, manage incidents, and deliver Business as Usual (BAU) tasks within the Workplace area.
• Participate in follow-up meetings, elevate issues locally, and resolve challenges effectively.
• Lead and mentor a team of Level 2 workplace technicians, acting as their technical expert and point of reference.
• Plan, coordinate , and clearly communicate software deployments with providers and internal teams.
• Provide regular progress updates to management and leadership team.
• Supervise service providers to ensure quality and compliance.
