Purpose of the role
This is an entry-level position, based in London, supporting our global Support team to maintain industry-leading service levels. Playing a vital part in the daily operations of one of RAβs most dynamic teams, the Platform Support Advisor will be responsible for day-to-day promoter and customer support and administration.
Key responsibilities
- Dealing with customer ticketing queries and resolving potential ticket issues.
- Assisting promoters with event and payment related queries.
- General upkeep of the ticketing admin system.
- Identifying and highlighting potential fraudulent transactions using fraud detection software.
- Supporting local partnerships managers in ad hoc tasks.
