Overview

We would welcome applications from graduates, particularly those with a sport's degree, taking a 'gap' year or those considering teaching as a career.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise playground activities with young people during breaks and lunchtimes.
• Work under the guidance of teachers and pastoral staff to help students overcome barriers to learning, supporting them both in class and one‑to‑one.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to inspire and motivate young people.
• Enthusiasm and flexibility to work with students aged 11-16 years with a range of individual needs, including those with challenging behaviour.
• Excellent standard of English (both written and oral).
• Ability to work as part of a team.
