Our housing association is looking for a Plumber – Multi‑Trade operative to join our dedicated Voids Team, ensuring empty properties are turned around quickly, safely, and to a high standard. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in quality workmanship, enjoys varied tasks, and thrives in a fast‑paced social housing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Plumbing repairs and maintenance across void properties (primary trade).
Ensuring all work meetspliance, safety, and quality standards.
Working independently to diagnose issues andplete works efficiently.
Maintaining accurate job records andmunicating effectively with supervisors and tenants when needed.
Essential Requirements
NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in Plumbing.
