Summary The position of Plumbing Worker, WG-4206-07, is assigned to Engineering Service, Maintenance and Operations Section, Operations Group, Plumbing Shop at the Southern Arizona VA Healthcare System in Tucson, Arizona. This position reports directly to the Operations Supervisor, Maintenance and Operations Section. Responsibilities Duties include but are not limited to: Installs, modifies, tests, inspects, calibrates and repairs new and existing utility, supply, and disposal systems and equipment such as sewage, water, steam, oil, and gas distribution systems, faucets, water closets, fountains, tubs, fire sprinkler systems, mixing valves, back-flow preventers, eye washes, and showers. Works with building plans, blueprints, and sketches to plan and lay out the routing, placement, slant, slope, fall, and proper operation of systems and equipment.
