A LITTLE ABOUT MYSELF

I am a 14-year-old boy with Autism living in Ynysybwl Pontypridd area. I am a very outgoing person and I love being outdoors, my favourite things are my trampoline and my swimming pool in my garden. I do like my own space and routine in my life and it may take me a while to adjust to new people so I would like my mum to spend time with us too on times until I feel comfortable on my own with you.

Due to my disability I find it hard with boundaries and sometimes I may approach people as I see tunnel vision and just concentrate on what is in front of me rather than what is around me so I will need supervision with that when out and about.

I don’t like loud noises and big crowds of people as this makes me very anxious. I can get violent when this happens which is very distressing for others and myself around me.
